Netli.fyi is a mobile companion app for Netlify that allows you to manage your Netlify sites, builds, deploys, domains, and settings from iOS and Android. The service provides real-time monitoring, build triggers, and secure multi-account support.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To use Netli.fyi, you must provide a valid Netlify personal access token. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Netlify personal access tokens
• All activities that occur under your account
• Revoking access tokens if they are compromised
• Complying with Netlify's Terms of Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Netli.fyi to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Netli.fyi will be available at all times. The service may be subject to downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service unavailability.

Netli.fyi integrates with Netlify's API. Your use of Netlify is subject to Netlify's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Netlify's services, availability, or any issues arising from your use of Netlify.

The Netli.fyi service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Netli.fyi is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Netli.fyi immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
