How does authentication work?
Sign in with your Netlify account, or paste a personal access token if you prefer. Either way the token is stored on your device — Netli.fyi never sees or stores it on any server. Not ready to sign in? Open the demo workspace and look around first.
Can I use multiple Netlify accounts?
Not at the same time. You sign in with one Netlify login, and every team that login belongs to shows up, including teams where you only collaborate on a single site. You switch between them from the account picker. To use a different Netlify login, log out and sign in with it.
Is this an official Netlify app?
No. Netli.fyi is an independent app built on the public Netlify API. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Netlify.
How do deploy notifications work?
Pick the projects you want to watch, or watch all of them. Every account gets a heads-up when a deploy starts or a form submission arrives. Netli.fyi Advanced adds every success and failure as it happens, the full submission, and live build progress on your lock screen.
Can I trigger builds?
Yes. Trigger a new build or clear the build cache for any site, and cancel or retry a build that is running. You can also edit build settings: build command, publish and base directories, functions directory, and production branch.
Can I manage custom domains?
Yes. Connect a domain to a project, pick the main domain, follow a setup checklist with copyable records, edit DNS records, and check SSL, all from the app.
Can I edit environment variables?
You can view, add, update, and delete environment variables per site. Changes go through the Netlify API and take effect on the next deploy.
What about build logs?
Tap any build to see the full log output. Useful for quickly checking why something failed without opening a browser.
Is it free?
The app is free to download and use, including traffic, domains, and deploy heads-ups. Netli.fyi Advanced, an optional subscription, adds every deploy alert in real time, live build progress, and alternate app icons.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Netli.fyi is a native iOS app today, available on the App Store for iPhone. An Android version is in the works — join the waitlist and you will get one email when it ships. Join the Android waitlist.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Straight from the app — there is a feedback form under Profile. Reports land directly with the developer.
Is my data secure?
All communication goes directly from your device to the Netlify API over HTTPS. Your token is stored in secure device storage. No data passes through any third-party server.
